Our self catering properties are great for those who wish to cook some light meals in their accommodation.  Many guests like to make their own breakfast in the mornings and the freedom to stay in their accommodation in the evenings when they feel like it.

We have chosen our favourite properties in good locations to ensure that you have a holiday to remember.

All of the properties in our programme have free transfer with meet and greet service at the airport.  You can choose from the very quiet properties in remote areas of the island (but never very far from the main resorts), or the properties right on the beach and in the resorts all well known for their variety of facilities.  Anywhere you stay in Zante you will always have facilities nearby or a short drive away from the accommodation.

Ammos Villas are situated in the area known as Potamia in the beautiful lush green countryside of Vassilikos on the south east coast of Zakynthos.  The complex consists of two apartments on the ground floor and four two-storey apartments on the second level all which can easily accommodate 4-6 persons.    more info

KALIMERA KOUKLA STUDIOS, PORTO KOUKLA

Studios Kalimera Koukla are situated in a tranquil setting surrounded by trees and fields, and are only a short walk (150 metres) from the sandy beach of Koukla.  In the nearby resort of Aghios Sostis (10 minute walk away), there are plenty of tavernas, restaurants, local supermarkets and a few bars to choose from.  more info

LIMANAKI STUDIOS, TRAGAKI

This self catering accommodation overlooks the beautiful sandy beach of Bouka (Bouka beach is just 6 km. distance from Zakynthos town, next to Tsilivi beach).  It is beautifully located for a family holiday and the beach is just below you with access down a 50 meter path.  more info

Thalia complex consists of 4 studios, 6 apartments and 7 villas.  The studios and apartments were built in 2002 and the Villas in 2003 and all have a fresh modern style.   The spacious studios are suitable for up to 4 people.   more info
