Porto Koukla:
Nestled between Aghios Sostis and Keri Lake, Porto
Koukla is a wonderful little resort on the bay of Laganas surrounded by
olive groves. The resort is very compact, consisting of only two hotels
and a few self catering units. The resort has a very narrow part
sandy, part pebbly beach, but with lovely views of Marathonisi and the
bay of Laganas. The resort has a couple of mini markets and
tavernas.
At
the Gloria Maris Hotel on the beach front you can find all the
facilities for a relaxing holiday without a busy resort atmosphere. The
Tropics beach bar offers holidaymakers delicious Greek dishes during the
day and Caribbean music nights. There are boat trips available
from the hotel to Marathonisi, Keri Caves and of course for turtle
spotting.
The swimming pool at the Gloria Maris is open to all, and the pool bar
and cafeteria are the perfect place for a gorgeous view, a relaxed
evening or meal, and on selected nights Greek dancing at its Taverna.
