Kookis Villas Village
is a wonderful complex consisting of 7 villas, each with their own
private swimming pool, plus one studio and two apartments. The complex
offers a reception area and a lounge bar. These villas are tastefully
furnished in traditional Zakynthian style and offer all of the comforts
that you could require for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The
fully equipped kitchen includes a full size oven, refrigerator, filter
coffee machine and of course a full range of utensils to prepare any
kind of food that you may require. One villa has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a double bed, and the space for another single bed,
if required. In the lounge area there is a sofa bed which can convert to
one double bed or two single beds. The other six villas have two
bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite bathroom and one with two
single beds. The lounge area has television, DVD and music system
and is comfortably furnished. These luxurious villas have
everything that you could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful stay in Keri Lake.
All villas are double glazed and have mosquito screens,
air conditioning, safety deposit boxes, irons, ironing boards and their
own balcony areas with wooden tables and chairs plus sun loungers around your
own private pool. The main bathroom in these villas has both bath and
shower and hot water is provided by a boiler. The villas are cleaned
on a daily basis and this property offers room service, so if you want to
do nothing you can just contact reception and order a drink, breakfast
or even your dinner and this will be served in your villa.
If you do not
require a swimming pool this complex also offers two bedroom
apartments which have all the same facilities as the villas, but no swimming pool.
Two of
the two bedroom villas share one pool and these two villas are offered
at a slightly lower price as you will be sharing your pool with one
other villa.
