The
Gloria Maris Hotel,
is an excellent family run hotel with 66 rooms and 2 suites quietly
situated in Porto Koukla, a small secluded resort right on the beach.
The hotel is surrounded by countryside and olive groves, set in its own
tropical gardens perched above the perfectly clear waters of Laganas Bay
giving you the feeling that you are in a tropical paradise.
Gloria Maris offers hotel rooms on
a bed & breakfast or half board basis or for that special occasion
luxury suites for two persons on a bed & breakfast basis. All hotel
rooms have their own private facilities, piped music, telephone, balcony
or terrace. (Fridges can be hired at a small charge paid locally).
Breakfast and dinner is
provided buffet style
in the
hotel's restaurant which opens out onto the pool terrace
overlooking the sea and Marathonissi.

Steps in front of the
hotel lead down to a narrow sandy beach which has sun beds and umbrellas

a daily small charge, pedaloes, canoes for hire and special boat trips
to Marathonissi (Turtle Island).
Just above the beach you
will find the Tropics beach bar which is a real delight where snacks are
available in the day and in the evening. This lovely little bar
becomes a candlelit cocktail bar where you can enjoy a drink in a
relaxing atmosphere with the sea just below you.

for all the comforts. Because of the position of the suites it
will be a very memorable
holiday, with large balconies overlooking the sea. These suites
