Since 1998 Arginusa
provides accommodation in Vassilikos, a small village on the southwest
promontory of Zante. These homes are situated in an area not more than
500 meters from Gerakas beach, in the middle of the National Marine Park
of Zante.
The
premises consist of a model settlement, built in an area of 1 ½ acres.
The houses follow local traditional patterns, constituting the ideal
place for relaxing vacations in a natural environment. Every
building has been constructed along the lines of the local traditional
architecture and has been tastefully decorated, so as to make you feel
at home. If you are in the mood for walking and you don't want to use
any means of transport, there are plenty of small taverns, serving local
delicacies, groceries to cover all your everyday needs, coffee bars and
steak houses in walking distances from the houses.
Arginusa Holiday Homes offer a choice between three different types of
accommodation. There are two studios, two maisonettes and six
independent houses, all are fully furnished and offer fully equipped
kitchens. There is a cleaning service on a daily basis, while bed
sheets and towels are replaced twice a week.
The
houses are surrounded by gardens, away from traffic and passing cars,
which makes them ideal for children. Every building has a large
shaded veranda, the perfect place for relaxing. Arginusa Holiday
Homes are 15
kms from Zakynthos Town and 17 kms from the airport. If you are
looking for diving and water sports, these are available at St. Nicholas
beach which is 1.5 kms away. If you wish to take a tour in the Gulf of
Laganas there is a mooring place 1 km away in Porto Roma.
Each
house can sleep up to five persons and consists of:- living room with
sofa bed, one double and one twin bedroom, both of them with fans,
kitchen with two electric plates, fridge, coffee maker and dining table,
large bathroom with shower plus WC and a large private veranda. Air conditioning is included in prices.

maisonette sleeps up to four people and consists of:- living room with
sofa bed, kitchen with two electric plates, fridge, coffee maker and
dining table, large bathroom with shower and WC, large private verandah
on the ground floor while a staircase leads from the living room to a
double bedroom with fan. Air conditioning is included in prices.
Each
studio hosts up to three people and consists of:- one bedroom with two
single beds, sofa bed and fan, kitchen with two electric plates, fridge,
coffee maker and small dining table, large bathroom with shower plus WC
and private verandah. Air conditioning is included in prices.
